We drink wine and we know things…

Brian and Jordan have been friends for over 25 years now and while their journey into the wine industry may have been unexpected, they wouldn’t have it any other way!

Jordan has a background in music recording and composition, but when Brian’s dad (the original owner of Ambrosia) offered him a temporary job out of college, a passion was discovered. Jordan spent his first years at Ambrosia soaking up as much knowledge as he could and tasting as many wines as possible (eventually learning to spit…). The desire for discovery and connection is essential to his love of wine he uses that passion to expand Ambrosia’s portfolio and help everyone he meets find their new favorite wine. In his spare time, he can often be found going to concerts, listening to records and playing music. All of which very loudly.

Brian’s background is in service and management, and with over 20 years in the restaurant industry, he knows not only how to run a team but also getting the customers what they want. Sometimes even before they know it! When Brian first joined Ambrosia to help with some minor bookkeeping, his knowledge he had accumulated as well as his friendship and chemistry with Jordan was undeniable. Now, Brian uses his experience and expertise to manage Ambrosia’s sales team as well as get the most out of collaborators. And if he has to travel to Europe to make that happen, he’s willing to make that sacrifice. In his free time, Brian can often be found riding his bike, cooking dinner with his family and playing video games with his daughter.

Together, Brian and Jordan hope to spread their simple message of Good Wine & Good People.
