Azienda Agricola Ferreri covers 50 hectares (about 120 acres) on different hillsides from 250-500 meters above sea level, capturing the tastes and flavors of different climates. Specially selected grapes arrive at the winery to be crushed and then vinified combining advanced methods and technologies with the most traditional Sicilian wine tradition. The wine is stored in a temperature and humidity controlled room and then refined and aged in French oak barriques and then in bottles. Select wines are aged in chestnut, the traditional wood of Sicilian winemaking.
